I worked closely on the zoning and tower placement for Godrej Samaris to ensure that every square foot in Sector 53 Gurgaon serves a clear purpose. New projects in this area face a unique set of expectations. This local market already contains some of the most premium buildings in the city. A new development must offer better space management rather than just better technical details. Our team approached the site as a high-value city canvas from the start.
